Alpenflug mit Apéro / Gletscherlandung

A picturesque flight through the Bernese Oberland with a landing in the eternal ice: from Bern-Belp you fly over the prealpine landscape towards the high mountains until the helicopter sets down on the glacier. There, in front of a grand high-alpine backdrop, an apéritif with drinks and small snacks is served — a break with a panorama that is not soon forgotten. The return flight follows the ridge line of the Bernese Alps back to the base; in total you are out for about two hours.

The experience is run by Mountain Flyers, a family-owned Bernese company with over 40 years of helicopter experience. Practical: on selected flights individual seats can be reserved, with the flight then operated as a group from four passengers upwards — from Bern-Belp on Sundays. A small apéritif is included in the price; an apéritif riche can be added for a surcharge. Mountain or hiking boots and windproof clothing are mandatory even in summer, and the glacier landing may be cancelled at short notice for safety reasons.
