A helicopter transfer takes you to your destination quickly and independently of road traffic, typically to alpine destinations such as Zermatt, St. Moritz, Gstaad or Courchevel that often involve a long journey by road. Instead of hours in a car or train, you reach many Swiss mountain resorts in a fraction of the time, departing from the major airports or a heliport near you. Transfer and taxi flights are usually charged as a flat rate per helicopter, including airport fees, for up to five or six passengers depending on the helicopter type. Route, departure point and intermediate stops are agreed individually. As these are private flights, you decide the date and time; the flight operates if weather permits, otherwise it is rescheduled.
