Platform Role
Swiss Helicopter Club is an intermediary platform. We connect customers with licensed helicopter operators but do not conduct flights ourselves. Responsibility for safe flight operations lies exclusively with the respective operator.
Licences & Regulation
All helicopter flights in Switzerland are subject to supervision by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). Operators on our platform are responsible for compliance with all legal requirements and safety standards.
Weather Dependency
Helicopter flights are heavily weather-dependent. Flights may be postponed or cancelled at short notice if weather conditions do not allow safe operation. This is at the pilot's discretion and serves your safety.
Health Requirements
Passengers should be in good health. High-altitude flights and glacier landings may cause altitude sickness symptoms. Persons with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
Safety Instructions
Always follow the safety instructions of the pilot and ground crew. This includes: approach the helicopter only from the front when rotors are running, keep seatbelts fastened throughout the flight, and secure loose items.
Insurance
We strongly recommend taking out travel and accident insurance before booking a helicopter flight. Also check that your operator carries adequate passenger insurance.

Swiss Helicopter Club accepts no liability for damages, injuries or losses arising in connection with helicopter flights arranged through our platform. Liability rests with the respective operator in accordance with applicable law and the operator's terms and conditions.
