What is a glacier landing?
During a glacier landing the helicopter sets down directly on a glacier high in the Alps. You step out and enjoy a few minutes of absolute silence and the spectacular high-alpine landscape.

A glacier landing costs, depending on departure point and glacier, between CHF 400 and CHF 600 per person.
Important notes
- Weather dependent: glacier landings are only possible in good visibility
- Season: May to October (depending on snow conditions)
- Clothing: warm clothing, sunglasses and sun protection are essential
- Altitude: glacier landing sites lie at 2,500–3,500 m – altitude sickness is possible
